Kingdom of Claw – Winters Demi (2026)

Return to the Kingdom of Iseldur in this Viking-inspired romantic fantasy, where enemies become lovers and dark secrets lurk around every corner. Silla Nordvig has survived the Road of Bones, but her hopes for a simple life are shattered. Beaten, betrayed and shaken by the revelation of her true name, she flees Kopa with Reynir Galtung, the ruthless leader of the Bloodaxe Crew. When Silla discovers that Rey has secrets of his own, they are forced into hiding together. Trapped in a shield-home with the murderous man she thought she knew, Silla forms a new plan: master the magic flowing through her veins and use it to save her sister. Before she can do so, however, she must face her greatest opponent yet—her own inner demons. Saga Volsik has lost everything. Her family has been murdered, her throne stolen, and she is expected to marry the queen’s son. Then she discovers that her foster mother has been hiding an even greater secret. Saga sets out to dismantle Queen Signe’s plans, but a handsome Zagadkian dignitary knows far too many of her secrets. Meanwhile, magic long thought dead is awakening across Iseldur. In this sequel to The Road of Bones, Silla and Saga must find the strength to embrace their destinies and prevent chaos from engulfing a world on the brink of collapse. The story features Vikings, found family, grumpy-and-sunshine dynamics, forced proximity, courtly intrigue and multiple points of view. Silla and Saga’s journey continues in Dawn of the North, the third book in the Ashen romantasy series.
