This Czech-language legal update contains the wording of selected laws after amendment. It covers the renting of flats under Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, including the protection of tenants, the rights and duties of both parties, grounds for termination, security deposits, rent increases during the tenancy and responsibilities connected with routine maintenance. It includes the decree implementing certain provisions of the Building Act, the decree on the detailed operation of certain information systems of the building administration, and the Act on the provision of certain housing-support measures.
