Description
The establishment of a "functional" spatial arrangement includes both the solution of spatial layout and additionally encompasses the requirement for the effective use of land. This is therefore a clarification of one of the goals of spatial planning, so that when defining areas for accelerating the use of renewable energy sources and establishing conditions for these areas, there are no doubts about their nature.
Amendment to the Act on the State Land Office
One of the fundamental activities of the State Land Office in relation to the aforementioned regulations is the transfer of property, both in the form of entitlement transfers, provided that legal conditions are met, and transfers that are carried out based on the exercise of state ownership rights, for which there is no legal claim. The proposed legal regulation primarily aims at rationally streamlining the process and method of real estate transfers.
