Description
The proposed legal regulation further includes a technical measure concerning the change of the payment period in the calendar month for pensions paid by the Czech Social Security Administration ("ČSSZ"), which consists of postponing the effectiveness of those provisions of Act No. 321/2023 Coll. (the so-called technical amendment) that regulate the transition of pension insurance benefit payments from the so-called sliding month to the calendar month (i.e., from the first day to the last day of the month); this transition is set to occur based on this law from July 1, 2025.
