Description
The aim of the proposed legal regulation is to better support the provision of social services in a natural social environment, which is also associated with systemic changes for the informal care segment. This intention is based, among other things, on the recommendations of the European Commission regarding the deinstitutionalization of social services and long-term care. The draft Regulation No. 102/2024 Coll. on the method of valuing costs for health services for redistribution purposes is an implementing regulation to Act No. 592/1992 Coll., on Health Insurance Premiums, as amended by Act No. 145/2017 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), which the Ministry of Health issues together with the Ministry of Finance.
