It is therefore necessary to familiarize oneself again with the updated wording of the annexes of the new building law defining minor and simple constructions and to draw conclusions regarding the resulting changes for other undefined constructions. For example, a pool or greenhouse up to 40 m2 does not have to be on a built-up construction site, but a plot of a family house is sufficient. However, the law does not define the plot of a family house. A positive change is the requirement that the execution of construction modifications must not negatively affect the fire safety of the building.
