How to protect yourself from fines from the Labor Inspectorate - The amendment to the Labor Inspection Act, among other things, adds a new offense to Section 11: An individual acting as an employer who restricts employees in handling information about the amount and structure of their wages, salary, or remuneration from an agreement commits this offense. A legal entity (employer) also commits the same offense under Section 24. The Labor Inspectorate can impose a fine of up to one million crowns for these offenses.
