Personal leave for personal reasons – changes - Employees will receive more leave starting in June. The employer's procedure for granting leave for important personal obstacles at work, their scope, and range is contained in Government Regulation No. 590/2006 Coll. The amendment to the regulation came into effect on June 1, 2025, simultaneously with the flexible amendment to the Labor Code.
