Description
Although establishing and "living with" a limited liability company (s.r.o.) is not rocket science, as we will gradually reveal, it is certainly significantly more demanding than the sole trader (OSVČ) option – where one only needs to visit the trade office once and can confidently start working the same day. Despite the effective removal of financial barriers, many potential s.r.o. founders still find it daunting – and rightly so – mainly for two reasons. You will learn what these are in the first chapter, Limited Liability Company in Taxes and Accounting. Satisfactory and safe working conditions for performing work are among the fundamental principles of labor law relationships. The Labor Code therefore generally imposes an obligation on employers to create working conditions that allow for safe performance of work. The purpose of the second chapter is to provide an interpretation of this issue, particularly from the perspective of the Labor Code, although we will at least outline the other regulations.
