This monthly publication, issued 12 times a year, presents amended laws with commentary, along with advice on accounting, taxation, human resources, employment law, economics and management. The Czech-language issue focuses on compliance with employment regulations and occupational health and safety requirements, an integral part of employment law. Labour inspectorates are among the most important supervisory bodies and may impose fines of up to CZK 10,000,000 on employers for offences. It also covers the new Act No. 323/2025 Coll. on the Single Monthly Employer Report, which will contain the required information that employers submit to the Czech Social Security Administration, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Czech Statistical Office, the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic.
