Description
This commented employment law guide reflects the many significant changes to the Czech Employment Act since it came into force, including the influence of European Union law and the major Labour Code amendment effective from 1 June 2025. Since 2022, the Act has been amended fifteen times. The publication is intended to familiarise employers and other entities with their rights, obligations and legal procedures, as well as with modern forms of cooperation in the labour market. For individuals, it serves as a guide to their rights and claims when deciding on their employment.
