Description
Young actress Lucie is trying to return to her acting career after maternity leave, but she faces the common struggles of single mothers and gets caught up in crazy situations while searching for love. She humorously and uniquely addresses and comments on various life situations that some might label as taboo, and during which many would prefer to turn a blind eye. Accompanying the heroine on her difficult life journey are not only her extroverted and somewhat eccentric friends but also Šedivka, her inner voice, with whom she has a complicated relationship. Through the story, the reader gets a glimpse into the world of motherhood, film, and sexuality. The novel not only entertains but also prompts reflection and encourages readers to ask the same or similar key life questions as Lucie. How many men and women must we survive in life before we meet the right one?
