Description
The Greek letter psi is a symbol for everything unknown, mysterious, and inexplicable. The psi factor is then a well-established term for so-called paranormal phenomena. These are strange and inexplicable occurrences that happen all over the world and defy logic and often even the laws of our dimension. The research of these phenomena is conducted by the (in our case entirely fictional) Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (OSIR). The individual stories are presented by American actor Dan Aykroyd (known, for example, from the film GHOSTBUSTERS), who is himself an enthusiastic researcher in the field of paranormal phenomena.
