Canadians, as we all know, have a unique sense of humor. Canadian teenager Andy Larkin loves nothing more than a good prank, which he thoroughly and enthusiastically devises. He is a true enthusiast, dedicating all his time and energy to jokes, which sometimes drives his neighbors, teachers, and random victims to despair. Who can turn a boring party into a real show, make the local heartthrob and show-off look foolish, and still manage to fall for the beautiful Lora? Why, it's Andy! 21: THREATEN THE CHILD No one knows how Andy managed it, but he convinced the townspeople that he would definitely be the best mayor.
