Description
This set of four separate workbooks develops the complete curriculum for handwriting practice. The exercises cover the basic elements of letters, practice with lowercase and uppercase cursive letters, and the copying of syllables, words and sentences, including work from dictation and self-dictation, such as writing from pictures. The activities gradually lead to more demanding tasks in which pupils form sentences, complete unfinished words with missing letters, and copy words or sentences from a text they have read. The workbooks maintain close coordination between reading and writing instruction through references to pages in the reading primers Živá abeceda and Slabikář, to which the exercises relate. The contents are in Czech.
