Description
Deke DaSilva (Sylvester Stallone) and Matthew Fox (Billy Dee Williams) are partners in the New York police, and their main job is to roam the streets in disguise at night as bait for petty criminals and thieves, whom they then capture in a rather indiscriminate manner. However, they are soon to confront a criminal of a much larger caliber. His name is Wulfgar (Rutger Hauer), and he makes his entrance with a ruthless terrorist attack on a London department store. While Interpol trains both unconventional policemen to effectively deal with Wulfgar, the terrorist takes a group of UN representatives hostage. Action is required, and DaSilva and his partner spring into action.
