Detective Nick Pulovski, thanks to his years of experience and a .45 caliber weapon, needs nothing more for his work. He certainly doesn't need a rookie assigned to him as a partner. Director star Clint Eastwood as the uncompromising cop Pulovski and Charlie Sheen as the rookie who does everything by the book. They will have to rely on each other if they want to stop a killer elite gang of car thieves. Raul Julia, Sonia Braga, Lara Flynn Boyle, and Tom Skerritt also star in the film with "the most amazing action sequences ever filmed by Eastwood" (Dave Kehr, Chicago Tribune). Cars will be flying through the streets at hellish speeds, even out of a five-story building. Buckle up!
