Description
The class from the Prague Conservatory has the task of rehearsing Starci na chmelu in its original musical form during their summer workshop. Their future career depends on the outcome. At first, the students are disheartened that they will be working on a classic Czech musical. However, during the rehearsals, they become enchanted by the charm of Starci, but they do not want to settle for the old choreography. They incorporate elements of classical dance, as well as street dance, hip-hop, and physical theater into their production. Tirelessly, they build a musical performance into which they invest all their energy, courage, and talent. The date of the performance is relentlessly approaching, and much is at stake. Success could mean the long-desired beginning of their journey towards an artistic dream...
