It is the follow-up to the Angel Award-winning album Part One. While the 'first part' featured mostly covers, the second part is based on original compositions. In the case of Part Two, the band, led by frontman Robert Křesťan, invited producer Eddie Stevens, known primarily for his collaborations with British dance bands. His experimental approach has pushed the distinctive acoustic sound of Druhá tráva into different contexts. At Birdland Studios at the foot of the Slovak Súľov Mountains, he wasn't afraid to incorporate keyboards, synthesizers, unconventional studio effects, or to push the band beyond their comfort zone. Producer Eddie Stevens originally started recording a double album with the band. Ultimately, due to the pandemic situation and lockdowns, Druhá tráva split it into two parts and released the first part two years ago.
