The fourth album of the famous Prague rock band Folimanka Blues titled 'Landscape After the Battle.' The band was founded in 1993 by Ladislav Jakl, who is also known for his public activities. The release of the album was not witnessed by the band's pianist Robby Černý, who passed away just before its completion, but he managed to record his parts. Folimanka Blues plays dramatic rock full of emotions, sometimes referred to as rock chanson. The CD 'Landscape After the Battle' pushes this emotional intensity to the very edge, to the blood. Strong songs primarily about hopelessness and bitter relationships are spiced with harsh and cynical humor.
