Description
The legendary theater director found himself behind the walls of the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital in 1975. He sought refuge here from a world that had decided to humiliate and destroy him. Part of the therapy involved writing short, concise observations and notes. Sometimes humorous, at other times chillingly harsh and precise, it describes life in socialist Czechoslovakia. The foreword was written and narrated by the author's daughter, actress Kateřina Macháčková. Total time: 6 hours
