Love is no science, but what if a man with Asperger's wants it? Genetics professor Don Tillman would like to settle down and have a family like everyone else, but the women willing to consider it always seem to deter him with something. Understanding the reason is beyond his power. A sixteen-page questionnaire full of personal questions, which this highly intelligent oddball in a white coat uses to filter out undesirable candidates and find the ideal one to take as his lawful wife, reveals his social awkwardness related to his autistic disorder. For example: his chosen one with the appropriate IQ and BMI must not be a smoking bar-hopper, can only eat kidneys on rare occasions, and should not dare to show up late for a date, let alone flirt with pseudosciences. And so on. Unrealistic? Yet there is one great match: her name is Rosie Jarman, and as luck would have it, she meets almost none of Don's requirements, but she is eager to find out who her real father is...
