After graduating from a prestigious university, the handsome young man Colm Moran plans to start a dazzling career as a Hollywood producer with the investment help of his wealthy father. However, Mr. Moran Sr. has other plans for his son: before he is willing to lend him his money, the offspring must prove his entrepreneurial skills. He therefore forces him to take over the family business producing oversized swimsuits in a small-town backwater. Fortunately, there are nice, albeit very virtuous girls living there too. The young manager embarks on modernizing the operation and, together with his friends, tries to break into the market with a tiny two-piece swimsuit brand called Drzé bikiny. Will he manage to captivate the market with stylish swimsuits in the repressed year of 1957, when Twiggy, hippies, and the Beatles are the music of the future, and convince the beautiful cook and housekeeper Jean that he is the right one for her?
