A dramatic true story from our recent past based on the novella by Jiří Stránský. Over two and a half thousand pilots served in the uniforms of the British Royal Air Force. For the British, they were heroes who helped decide the outcome of the war; here, after the war, they were tried for treason. War pilot Emil Malík, who survived the horrors of war in the combat aircraft of the Royal Air Force, returned home to his family in 1945 with hopes for a happy life in peace. However, he soon realized that the war was not yet over and that he himself could still be its victim.
