Description
A musical DVD from a live concert of the acoustic trio Martin Kratochvíl-piano, Tony Ackerman-acoustic guitar, Imran Musa Zangi-percussion. A five-camera post-produced compilation of two evenings at the famous jazz club Reduta on Národní Street in Prague. The publisher responded to the demand for a truly live performance of the trio, where the music is not only interpreted on stage but also created in the sweat of their brows. This is not possible to see in the studio recordings of the group, and musicians tend to be more cautious and under control in the studio. Moreover, it is a significantly multicultural endeavor: three jazz virtuosos, a Christian, a Jew, and a Muslim, took the stage at Reduta to showcase the best of their own and foreign musical cultures.
