Description
A woodland muddle leaves little bears, beavers, foxes, fawns and hedgehogs lost while playing hide-and-seek, and the players must help them find their way safely back to their parents. The game offers a cooperative and a competitive variant. In the cooperative version, everyone works together to feed the young animals apples so they can move home, while squirrels and birds try to eat the apples first. If the last baby has not reached home before the food runs out, all players lose. In the competitive version, each player tries to feed three young animals and get them home first, helping or obstructing others by moving the log. The game develops cooperation, situational decision-making, planning and healthy competition. It is suitable for 1–5 players aged 3–99, and one game lasts approximately 15 minutes. The package contains a game board, tree, log, shrub sections, tokens, cards, dice, 15 young-animal figures and the game rules.
