Description
The famous case featuring retired detective Hercule Poirot in the lead role. It all began with a seemingly crazy anonymous letter signed A B C. This was followed by the murder of the elderly tobacconist A. Ascherová from Andover. An open Alphabetical Timetable, known by the abbreviation ABC, lay on the counter of the tobacco shop. The premonitions that came to Hercule Poirot's mind upon receiving the letter were fulfilled. Like in the good old days, he sets off on the trail with his friend Captain Hastings. However, another murder occurs – this time of Betty Bernard on the beach in Bexhill, and then a third – Lord Carmichael Clark in Curston. Poirot and Hastings are up against something worse than ordinary crime; they are facing madness... Interpreted by Aleš Procházka, directed by Hana Kofránková.
