Vystupovat! - CD

The second album by the folk-rock band My Dva Trio offers twelve new songs from the band's original workshop and one instrumental track. All the songs describe an admirable arc from lyrical fragility through pop-rock to blues. The lyrics were written by Václav Khýr, who, along with Jiří Šoltis and Tomáš Vašut, is also a co-author of the music. The album's rich sound was created thanks to many friendly musicians, including a string quartet made up of musicians from the Moravian-Silesian National Theatre (Tomáš Vašut, Natália Vašutová, Anna Rutkiewicz-Hryciuk, and Luděk Hrda), a brass section (Marcela Kučová, Kryštof Janáček, Jakub Klimánek, Vojtěch Špiller), bassists (Jakub Šimáně, Petr Vavřík, František Komárek), keyboardists (Kateřina Dostalíková, František Humel, Jiří Foltýn), as well as vocalists and the children's choir Permoníček. The renowned musician and producer Boris Carloff took care of the mixing and mastering. The generous graphic design of the album was created by artist Martin Zahradník, who painted an original illustration for each song.
