Description
The compact disc 'On the Edge' is the first compilation of preserved works by Vladimír Mišík and Etc... from the years 1976–1978, during which he and violinist Jan Hrubý were joined by guitarists Jiří Jelínek and František Francl, bassist Vladimír Padrůněk, and drummer Jan Noha. This exceptional lineup of top instrumentalists never had the chance to record an album, but fortunately, there are enough quality recordings left behind, primarily made for radio. The members of Etc... at that time strongly leaned towards jazz rock, so in their repertoire, alongside Mišík's blues rock songs, they also had several instrumental pieces.
