Description
Before his departure into Austrian exile, Jaroslav Jeroným Neduha recorded material for an LP with his band Mezzanin at the rectory in Luštěnice in the Mladá Boleslav region. The repertoire was purely folk, mainly consisting of songs from the second half of the 1960s that the 'hippie' Neduha played on Charles Bridge, and the instrumentation reflected this: guitars, flute, percussion. The recording was made by Robin Hájek, the author of several significant 'underground' albums by The Plastic People of the Universe, Svatopluk Karásek, Charlie Soukup, Vlastimil Třešňák, and others. The planned release by the Šafrán '78 company did not happen, and the recording disappeared somewhere in the archives of the radio station Radio Free Europe.
