Description
Designed for elementary schools. An essential tool for teaching chemistry. Thanks to the lower amount of data in the table, it achieves greater clarity and readability. The periodic table of elements represents the current number of discovered elements organized into a well-known table according to groups and periods. Each element is listed with its symbol, oxidation number, atomic mass number, proton number, Czech name, and Latin name. The states of matter, radioactivity, and distinctions between metals, alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, metalloids, nonmetals, and noble gases are color-coded. The reverse side of the table provides the proton number, symbol, electron configuration, and Latin name for each element. The table's advantage is the explanation of the structure according to groups and periods. The shells (horizontal rows of the table - periods) and vertical columns of elements in the periodic table, referred to as groups, are graphically illustrated and described regarding the structure of the atom and the electron shell.
