A collection of two films by director Jiří Havelka. Owners: Many apartment owners probably know this from their own experience. The heroes of the film are indeed among them; they own apartments in an older apartment building and are currently having a joint meeting where they must come to agreements and make decisions on many issues. Among them are idealists who act for the good of the whole, there are also calculating opportunists or even cunning manipulators, but there are also people lost in feelings of their own insignificance. However, in the end, they all must come together to agree on the management of the building in which they have their apartments... Extraordinary event: How would you behave if you were on a train that no one was driving? The comedy is loosely inspired by the true story of a ' runaway train' that sped away from its driver with passengers a few years ago in the Českomoravská Highlands. Jiří Havelka was not concerned with a faithful reconstruction of the case but rather with another entertaining dive into the world of completely normal people who find themselves in an extreme situation.
