Description
The poetic prose of the significant Lebanese writer and painter Khalil Gibran is now a celebrated message of wisdom and love. Gibran originally intended to write a trilogy (The Prophet, The Garden of the Prophet, and The Death of the Prophet). In the introductory part, the young prophet Mustafa speaks about everything essential between birth and death. In the second, not entirely completed section, Mustafa teaches nine students in his mother's garden. Unfortunately, only a few sketches remain from the intended third part. Death ended the poet's life before he could complete the work. However, even in this form, it remains a sought-after source of creative life inspiration. Read by: Josef Somr, Jan Potměšil Total time: 2 hours 52 minutes.
