Description
In this crime drama with romantic elements, detective Emily Eden receives a difficult assignment from her superior: she must find Yaakov Klausman, who has disappeared within a Hasidic community. From the beginning, she is shocked by this completely different world. She meets its spiritual leader, the Rebbe, and gets to know his children, Ariel and Leah. Soon she discovers Yaakov’s body, and a murder investigation begins. Emily is convinced that the killer is hiding somewhere among the community’s members, but her search will not be easy. At the same time, she is inexplicably drawn to Ariel, who belongs to an entirely different world but has an extraordinary calmness that gradually wins her over.
