Description
The beautiful aristocrat Agnes, whose eccentric behavior causes scandal, is completely enchanted by the mysterious blue-eyed Ire James. He works on her estate, and despite their completely different social standings, a romantic relationship soon develops between them. Both are strong personalities, as well as loners, who discover that their opposites strongly attract. However, the romance that is blossoming soon takes on the colors of a black rose. What starts as a refined erotic game gradually transforms into something terrifyingly sinister. In the film, Daniel Craig appears in one of his first major roles, and it is striking how easily we can identify his character James Lynchehaun with the current James Bond, then and now with a somewhat grumpy Irish accent.
