8. míle - DVD pošeta

The film 8 Mile is not an autobiographical story, but it is loosely inspired by one, and it gains a deeper connection with rapper Eminem through the fact that he embodies the main character Jimmy with surprising skill. It captures just a brief moment in the life of a teenage boy fighting for victory in a rap competition. It is set in Detroit, where Eminem actually lived, in a bleak neighborhood of impoverished trailers and dilapidated houses, separated from the white part by a straight, endlessly long street called 8 Mile.
