Description
Koh-i-Noor Glue Polish is a two in one decoupage medium in a 150 ml tub: it glues the paper motif down and then seals it as a clear finish. Brush a thin coat onto the surface, lay a napkin layer or a printed motif over it and brush a second coat on top. It is water based, dries transparent and works on wood, terracotta, glass, ceramic, card and textile. Part of the Koh-i-Noor Hobby Collection.
