Description
A spotted black-and-white bull representing Holstein cattle, the world’s most widespread cattle breed, raised mainly in North America and Europe. In the Czech Republic, Holstein cattle are primarily kept in free-stall housing. Their height at the withers is usually 152–160 cm and their weight around 1,200–1,300 kg. Holsteins have poorer meat production, good growth potential as young cattle, but a low slaughter yield.
