Description
A game to practice logic and combinatorics. At the beginning of the game, the first player secretly places any combination of four colored pegs into a hidden part of the game board. The second player tries to guess this combination by creating a combination of four pegs in successive rows on the game board. The first player evaluates each of their attempts using small evaluation pegs as follows: for each game peg that the guessing player placed in the correct color and the correct position, they assign a black peg; for each game peg that the guessing player placed in the correct color but the wrong position, they assign a white peg. The guessing player does not know which game peg the evaluation pegs were assigned to. The game ends when the guessing player guesses the combination (a winning attempt is thus rated with the full number of black pegs). The players then switch roles and the game continues. The winner is the player who needed fewer attempts to guess. Age: 3+.
