The special double album for the seventieth anniversary of the Brno Radio Orchestra of Folk Instruments presents a colorful selection of vocal soloists who, with their artistry and enthusiasm, demonstrate the variability and constant vitality of folk songs. The first CD offers a small selection from dozens of hours of recordings of so-called radio staples that have enriched the radio music archive. The second CD was prepared specifically for the seventieth anniversary of BROLN. The creative duo of Petr Varmuža and the orchestra's dramaturg Pavel Trkan reached out to a regionally diverse group of vocal soloists, for whom Pavel Trkan created entirely new musical arrangements.
