Reading from the Latin chronicle of the Zbraslav abbots Ota and Petr Žitavský from the beginning of King Václav II's reign to the ascension of Charles IV to the Czech throne. The Latin-written Zbraslav Chronicle (Chronicon aulae regiae) was created between 1305 and 1339 in the Cistercian monastery in Zbraslav, which was founded in 1292 by Czech King Václav II.
