"A proper party needs to start in style!" Historical Window Exploding Kittens is the game with the most contributors in Kickstarter history. The game was created by Elan Lee (XBOX, ARGs), Matthew Inman (The Oatmeal), and Shane Small (XBOX, Marvel), who made Kickstarter history when over 219,000 backers contributed to their project in 2015. As of 2023, more than 25 million copies of Exploding Kittens have been sold worldwide. About the game Exploding Kittens Exploding Kittens is an extremely strategic version of Russian roulette (but with kittens). Players draw cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten, explodes, dies, and is eliminated from the game. If that player does not have a Defuse card, which allows them to defuse the kitten using a laser pointer, belly rubs, or a sandwich with catnip. The purpose of all the other cards in the deck is to help players stay away from the Exploding Kittens (or to throw them in the way of others). What makes this edition different? This pack contains a hefty portion of cards (compared to the Original edition, it also includes cards with new effects), allowing you to play the game with up to ten people!
