Description
Set in the 19th century, this board game follows a group of gifted children from around the world who join a scientific expedition led by a famous biology professor. Their destination is the legendary island of Toriki, a remote, uninhabited place said to be home to plants and animals found nowhere else. No scientist has ever visited the island, and all knowledge of its flora and fauna comes from sailors whose accounts are of questionable reliability. The game is for 1–4 players and takes approximately 20 minutes. The game materials include four map sections, a compass rose, 33 item cards, 18 mission cards, four player figures, 20 food tokens, a camp board, a token board, a journal, a wildlife encyclopedia, a coin board and nine coins.
