Description
The Godzilla expansion adds a Godzilla figure to the horror board game Cthulhu: Death May Die, in which investigators confront a dark ritual, cultists, monsters and the Ancient Ones. Godzilla can be added to any chapter, but does not replace the Ancient One. Instead, it fights against it. This does not necessarily make the investigators’ task easier: during the battle, Godzilla’s roar can reduce their sanity, while the giant reptile leaves destruction in its wake and can harm all characters and monsters at a particular location. Once the Ancient One enters the game, Godzilla attacks it directly. The investigators must support Godzilla, because if it loses and withdraws from the battle, they lose as well.
