Description
My Lil' Everdell is a family game that captures the atmosphere of popular Everdell while retaining its most important mechanics, unique theme and beautiful illustrations. Every part of the game is adapted so that young children can play with their parents, while enough of the original game remains to entertain adults who have played its more advanced version. Players continue to collect resources, gain new cards to play and create card combinations that provide advantages or victory points. However, the game omits card chaining, events and other mechanics that are not essential to Everdell’s core. Nothing important has been stripped away; everything is refined so that even a first-grader can understand it. Up to four players can play, and a game takes less than an hour. Cute but not kitschy animals and the relaxed atmosphere of an enchanted forest add to the experience. The game is for 1–4 players aged 6 and over, with a playing time of about 45 minutes.
