In addition, they seek the favor of Athena, the powerful goddess of wisdom, war, and crafts. They hope for the wealth and glory that Athena can bestow upon them. Your skills as an experienced architect will now be crucial. Remember: Your decisions will determine whether the city is etched into history!

Akropolis> Athena is an expansion of the base game Akropolis, set in the ancient Mediterranean, where architects strive to build prestigious cities. The theme revolves around gaining the favor of Athena, the goddess of wisdom, war, and crafts, to acquire wealth and honor.

In this game, players must use their skills to complete specific building cards by creating layouts in their cities that match the cards. Once players complete these cards, they can earn parts of the statue of Athena and gain mini-boards to enhance their cities. The goal is to strategically build your city while completing these building cards to earn additional points and advantages. Each architect can complete each card only once and must carefully manage their resources and placements to maximize their points.
