Description
The reconstruction of the center is in full swing, and you have secured the contract for all the new skyscrapers: that means new constructions, enticing bonuses, and if everything goes well, a bundle of money too!
However, the city planning office is quite relentless: every time you start building a new building, you must also participate in the construction of all directly adjacent buildings. And besides that, the city council has one more special requirement: two adjacent buildings cannot be the same!
And since your company is not the only one that won the contract, competition will be fierce. If you want to outpace others and win, you must carefully plan your constructions. Don't hesitate to jump on enticing opportunities while cutting off options for your competitors.
In each turn, you either choose a material card from the offer or start building a new building with the first floor. However, you must build the floors of all adjacent buildings first. Then you place your roof on one of the buildings you just contributed to.
At the end of the game, be the richest player in the game. You will achieve wealth by collecting the necessary materials and optimally placing your 10 roofs.
The game is designed for 2-4 players aged 8 and up.
