The Land of Dreams is an accessible card game from the co-author of Journey into the Unconscious, which carries the same theme and also shares some breathtaking illustrations, but gameplay-wise it is completely different. You are one of the followers of Freud's theories on the unconscious, and your goal is to help clients suffering from psychological traumas. You will support each client's therapy by analyzing the symbolism of their dreams. At the beginning of each round, each player selects one dream card. All players reveal their chosen cards simultaneously. You will arrange the cards for the current client according to their numerical values. The difference in values between your card and the next card in order determines the value of the therapy tokens you may flip: the greater the difference, the better for you. If you are the first to flip all your therapy tokens, you will prove that your therapies are the most effective. This will make you the most famous follower of Freud. The game is designed for 1-4 players aged 12 and up. The rules are in Czech. The game materials are language-independent. The package includes: 66 dream cards, 6 client cards, 1 Freud card, 4 professor cards, 4 professor tokens, 60 therapy tokens, 12 treatment tiles, 1 rulebook.
