Description
The game Gaia Project expands on the system known from the famous game Terra Mystica. Similar to the original game, you will find 14 unique nations living on 7 different planets. Each nation can only survive under conditions corresponding to its home planet, and therefore, when developing, growing, and colonizing surrounding worlds, they must rely on the technology of planetary terraforming. The already fierce competition for colonized planets is spiced up by Gaia planets, worlds with perfect conditions that can be settled by all nations, and Transdimensional planets, inhospitable worlds that can be transformed into Gaia planets. In addition to colonizing worlds, nations will compete in scientific advancements across six areas of research – terraforming, space travel, artificial intelligence, the Gaia Project, economics, and science. Nations that dedicate time and resources to research have the opportunity to gain new income, bonuses, or advanced technologies. Furthermore, each nation has abilities and strengths that significantly differentiate it from other nations in the galaxy.
