The country, tramp and folk music group Pacifik was founded in 1971 and has been a mainstay of the Czech folk and country scene throughout its existence. One of the founding fathers, bandleader Antonín "Tony" Linhart, was undoubtedly one of the most prominent Czech authors of tramp songs and personalities of this genre. In May 2021, a collection of two albums was released as a tribute to Tony Linhart and the group Pacifik: • a selection of Pacifik's greatest hits - 20 best: Legends of Tramp Songs from 2002 • Tulácké blues by Tony Linhart from 1994, featuring Tony's songs performed not only by Pacifik but also by Wabi Ryvola, Věra Martinová, Jitka Vrbová, and others.
